Your role in the team

Are you highly organised with a passion for working with people to create meaningful partnerships with the aim of building our reputation, supporting business growth and differentiating our product?


Our Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for identifying, building and maintaining  partnerships with external partners including awarding bodies, charities, accreditors, and subject matter experts with the aim of building our reputation, supporting business growth and differentiating our product. 

Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Lead, the Partnerships Executive is responsible for effectively organising and maintaining key documentation and agreements related to our strategic partnerships. Communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role. 

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, with the initiative to help improve our processes and ways of working and the potential to help identify future partnership opportunities that improve our product and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record, collate and maintain databases of key documents, agreements and information relating to our partnerships to ensure work takes place as part of an effective process.
  • Identify and explore partnership opportunities that improve our product and customer experience.
  • Communicate progress within our strategic partnerships work internally with key stakeholders, highlighting key dates and any required actions to support our partnerships.
  • Submit detailed applications to accrediting bodies, tracking and managing the process from gathering supporting evidence internally through to accreditation.
  • Co-ordinate and follow up on actions from agreements with external partners, maintaining regular communication and updates as required.
  • Represent the business at relevant external events as required.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with external experts and organisations.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships.

What we're looking for

  • Excellent administration skills, with previous experience of recording and managing agreements or documents to ensure an effective process.
  • Previous experience within a Partnerships role would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, customers.
  • Highly organised and efficient, able to manage and prioritise work effectively.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of teams internally and externally.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Self motivated, creative and driven to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrates a professional, proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret Excel spreadsheets, use of Word Processing, and be comfortable with PowerPoint applications.
  • Strong outreach skills with the ability to contact possible new stakeholders with confidence and build relationships is essential to the role.
