Your role in the team

Reporting to a Learning Design Manager, this role will focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences with an emphasis on compliance and best practice.

Using your excellent critical thinking and writing skills, you will work as part of a highly motivated team to design high-quality learning experiences that empower our learners with the knowledge to make their workplace the safest it can be.


Key Responsibilities:

  • You will use your understanding of customer needs to design effective learning experiences that help our learners to be engaged, effective and safe in their workplace.

  • You will work as part of a highly motivated team to produce high-quality, accurate and up-to-date courses across our catalogue of compliance and best practice training.  

  • You will play a key part in evaluating learner engagement and proposing innovative solutions to increase the impact of our training. This will include interpreting data and recommending appropriate strategies to improve the learning experience.

  • You will work with our digital media team to seamlessly integrate digital media content to support effective learning - including animations, videos and illustrations.

  • You may be required to take on additional areas of responsibility, such as leading the design of a course, project or process.

  • The ability to critically analyse and interpret data and customer insights to support decision-making.
  • The ability to comprehend and critically evaluate information from multiple sources, including legal and regulatory guidance. 
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to draft technical content in an easily understandable format.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to confidently communicate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to provide feedback to others to drive continuous improvement.
  • The ability to plan and prioritise your workload to meet project deliverables. 
  • The ability to continually innovate and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
