Your role in the team

As our company maintains growth, and our product range diversifies, we are looking for a Customer Support Consultant to build excellent levels of rapport with our customers to assist with the expansion of our customer base.

You’ll work alongside a customer-focused team supporting customers via various contact methods including phone, email and live chat, and through our social media and reviews pages. You’ll be encouraged to use your initiative and judgement to help resolve their issues, building relationships and representing the business with professionalism at all times.

This is an exciting time for our growing business, we have ambitious plans and are looking for passionate and talented individuals to help us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role is about collaborating to help customers solve their online training needs, supporting business growth and maintaining customer retention levels
  • This is a customer service-oriented position, and it will require you to be self-motivated and organised in order to communicate effectively via phone and email and any other channels
  • You will be responsible for managing course enquiries, building relationships, assisting customers with placing orders, and delivering VIP customer after-sales support
  • Providing exceptional customer service is really important to us and we are looking for someone who shares this value
  • You'll be given all the tools you need to confidently demonstrate our products and be a successful business representative. We're proud of the training solutions we offer, and want to help more companies use them – that's your role!
