Module 1: What is Confidence?

Confidence vs self-esteem, where confidence comes from, the effects of low confidence and the benefits of having self-confidence, and what confidence looks like.

Module 2: How to be More Confident

Being kind to your body and your mind, focusing on the positives, building connections and relationships, developing a growth mindset and being assertive, trying something new, and acting confident.

Module 3: Your Confidence Action Plan

Identifying your goals, barriers and values, setting targets to reach your goals, and further resources.

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 10 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 80%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don't pass don't worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.

This course is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their self-confidence in everyday life or at work, no matter what their background or job role is. The content is written at an introductory level, so no previous knowledge or experience is required.
