Home working environmental guidance
As a proudly certified B Corporation, we take responsibility for measuring and managing our environmental impact. As a remote first business, it is now not only practices within our HQ that need to be considered but we also need to look at our individual workspaces and how we can each do our bit to achieve our collective goals.
Our aim is that, where possible, we make sure that good environmental practices are adopted by us all as we work remotely. If we are mindful, and make the changes we are able to, we can all make a difference. Each of our colleagues is provided with comprehensive guidance on how to make their home office environment as energy and water efficient and waste-free as possible.
Employee initiatives
We encourage all our colleagues to be aware of their home planet and how they can look after our natural environment by running initiatives with colleagues throughout the year. Over the last year we have brought the team together for the Spring Clean to collect rubbish around our head office, to encourage bike travel instead of using the car during Bike Week and to choose reusable alternatives to single use plastics for Plastic Free July.
Electric car scheme
We are proud to offer colleagues, as one of the benefits available after six months within the business, an option to lease a new electric car and therefore to move to a cleaner, less impactful form of travel.
